3 rooms house of 161 m² in Bucharest

The design is inspired by the Copenhagen school of home design, which works with space to make it highly efficient, bright and harmonious. I loved the organic feel of the space (I think inspired by the matte finish of the wood and stone) and the natural light was magnified by the high white ceilings, skylights and large windows and French doors. Not a large property at just over 160 usable interior square feet, but it felt airy and open. The intelligence of the design is really apparent when I discovered the large laundry/utility room behind the open kitchen, how the large terrace (on the first floor, not the ground floor) used the covered parking as space off the living room, and how the kitchen (the soul of most homes) gives the tenant a large open space with an island and good seating around a large dining area. The townhouse normally comes unfurnished, but we can arrange something given six weeks` notice. Two covered parking spaces. The house has a small garden area, but large play areas. Floor heating and central air conditioning. Gated community with security, playgrounds, outdoor pool, gym, yoga room and lakeside picnic area. Located on South Pipera, about halfway between American School and Promenada Mall. Much easier to get into town with an Uber. �
