I love the terrace. I like the apartment a lot as well, at 70 usable sqm inside it`s a rare find for a one-bedroom apartment anywhere in the city, but in this area with a big terrace it`s just great. Apartment also comes with an underground parking space, 24/7 security and concierge. Landlord is a pro. You are on the north side of Herastrau Park, close to a Lidl supermarket, walking distance to the Promenade Mall, easy location to catch buses and the metro. Street is a bit busy is the only possible maybe negative, but acceptable.
