The apartment isn`t big at just 103 sqm, but it is so clever in the way it has been laid out and designed, with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a separate laundry room, a nice balcony off the kitchen, lots of closet and storage space, double fridge in the kitchen and communicating living room with kitchen. Landlord kept the good bits she could and updated the rest. No parking space provided and apartment comes unfurnished unless we can convince her to change her mind. This is definitely a city-apartment, that reminds me a bit of the apartment I lived in on the Upper Westside in NY because of the energy and buzz of the neighborhood and how the building just kind of felt plonked in the middle of it. Bedrooms are in the back of the building however where it is quiet.
