2 rooms apartment of 122m² in Bucharest

I like this apartment because unlike most of the new stuff being built, the rooms in this apartment are built without thinking about maximizing yield per square meter. The living room is (for a two-bedroom unit) a big 36 sqm, the kitchen is a mind-blowing 14 sqm (they have tons of counter space AND even a dining table), the master-bedroom is big at 22 sqm and the second bedroom / office is a very respectable 17 sqm. Then I also really like that there is a large reception area with tons of storage and it`s so clever how it separates the day from the night area of the apartment. The terrace off the living room is big enough for a small table and four chairs and the balcony off the kitchen is big enough for a grill. There is a parking space in the garage as well. The only negative (potentially) is the lack of a view as the building is built when there was little zoning in the area and the neighbors are a bit closer than I like. With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms I also wish it had a walk-in shower in one of the bathrooms. There is a storage room in the basement as well as a storage area near the front door for prams, umbrellas, stuff. Let`s call it a "mud" room as it also doubles for a technical space for the apartment. You`re taking this apartment if you value a good price and access into Herastrau Park, having a top notch sports club nearby (with an Olympic size indoor pool), good restaurants walkable from your door and the availability of buses nearby.
