5 rooms house of 500 m² in Cluj-Napoca

Every once in a while we come across a house that takes our breath away with its grace. The garden is lovely. Landscaped by an artist in the 1930`s, who had the good vision to plant trees and plants that would grow beautifuly together. Honeysuckle vines creep along the wall, a tall cherry tree stands proud in the garden and roses, lavendar and whisteria work beautifuly throughout. The house is composed of a main house and a studio (guest cottage). I would say the garden area is about 300 square meters. The indoor usaful area of the house is about 450 square meters, with large open space livingroom and bedrooms upstairs. It works as an absolutely gorgeous setting for an enchanting restaurant. Parking is probably best served on the street in front of the property, but we can work something out if you insist. As it says above, this is our favorite neighborhood. Not the most expensive, but we think beautiful and certainly the most interesting; both in terms of the architectura and design of the neighborhood, but also because of the people here who are a mix of well educated and grandly formal older people and bright young media types. Two parks within east walking distance of the house, supermarket around the corner, farmer market about five blocks away and plenty of restaurants, etc.
