House is twenty years old, but in good condition nevertheless because of a professional maintenance team managed by this professional landlord. What I love is that the house sits on the lake with really nice views and a big terrace off the living room to soak it all in. The wood-burning fireplace in the living room is also a very special touch. Kitchen is dated and Landlord has agreed to put in a new one, bathrooms are also a bit older as well, but they are functional and having bathtubs and showers is a nice one. House sits on three levels: ground floor (living room, dinning room, office, kitchen, reception and bathroom), First Floor (four bedrooms, two bathrooms) and open attic with full bathroom. Has a parking area in the front courtyard for two cars. On a beautiful lake with ducks and an occasional swan as well as fishing, the house is walking distance to the Petrom Headquarters and the German School next door. You also have the benefit of a major bus hub about 700 meters up the road. Not a lot in restaurants for the area, but we do have shopping nearby. �
