4 rooms house of 230 m² in Bucharest

We have a four-bedroom house, walking distance to AISB in a secure compound popular with expatriate families. The house comes unfurnished (pardon the photos to the contrary) other than kitchen, bathroom furniture, closets and lamps of course. Layout as seen in the photos below, but basically the house has three bedrooms upstairs, all en-suite. Downstairs on the ground floor is the living room, closed kitchen, a bathroom and an office / bedroom. A garage for one car is also provided but I must confess it isn`t very big and most people in the complex prefer to park in front of the houses and use the garage as a storage space. The pool is lorious! Closed compound with a high security presence. Many diplomats and corner-office type expatriates. Everyone has families here and most of the children attend AISB which is easy walking distance. The compound also offers tennis courts and a playground as well as direct access into the Baneasa Forest.
