The house itself has an easy layout with all bedrooms having en-suite bathroom facilities, a big covered terrace off the living room and kitchen in the back of the house, a wood-burning fireplace, a garage, yard and a nice remodeled attic with bathroom as that fourth bedroom or study. One bedroom, living, bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and technical room on the ground floor. Three en-suite bedrooms upstairs. The house is a ten minute walk to the American International School and it`s a safe walk with a proper sidewalk and a crossing guard on school-days. House is also close to the forest which is nice for little adventures or hard-charging rough-country hikes.
