The house has that classic layout which is getting more difficult to find with the newer, smaller layouts of modern houses in Pipera as land gets more expensive. Ground floor has the big reception with good storage deposit and closets for shoes and jackets hidden away from view3. Then there is a bathroom on the ground floor and a large living room, good sized dining area and a kitchen which is a bit smaller than I would have ideally liked for a space this big, but it works as it has a pantry hidden away behind a dor. Direct access into the kitchen from the garage is really handy and it`s a two-car garage. Upstairs at the landing is an office which can also be a bedroom and then upstairs three more bedrooms. The master-suite has it`s own large bathroom and walk in closet. Garden plot is big, also something impossible to find in the new units at the same price as this house. Oh, it also has a basement! The one thing I wish the house had was updated bathrooms, but at this price it is okay and the house represents very good value. You are about a fifteen minute walk to either BSB or Cambridge International Schools. The neighborhood is mostly houses of a similar time-period and all are populated with families. Closest shop is the Lidl.
