Breath-taking penthouse in our favorite neighborhood of Icoanei, near Piata Romana. Three bedrooms, plus an office space that we can turn into a closed fourth bedroom, or keep it as it is with a sofa bed. The kitchen wasn`t yet installed when I visited (coming in from Germany in two weeks), but judging from the quality of the fittings so far I expect a very high standard. The furniture in the listing (the living room) is all a bit Brave New World and that`s not everyone`s cup of tea, but if you`re bringing your own the landlord will graciously remove his. Three bedrooms, four bathrooms, parking in the garage for two cars and two lovely terraces to take in the city and entertain from. Kitchen is being designed to be open, but can also be closed if needed. Our favorite neighborhood and has been for twenty years. If you have business in the city, or children attending one of the international schools in the city (Pipera is too far away for little ones in the school bus) then this ought to be ground zero for a home search. Two parks, wonderful owner/operator boutique shops, an artisanal bakery, a Farmer`s Market, a top quality supermarket in the neighborhood, festive terraces and some top quality restaurants in this little village within the city! Voila!
