The terrace is a nice plus as well. Near the Vitan Mall if you want to grab a cheap bite or a nice movie. Also, one of the best Italian (authentic) restaurants in Romania in the neighborhood (Ristorante DaGiulio). It`s nothing fancy, but it is (according to my Italian friends) the most authentic and it is delicious.
