Built when the communists were in power, but to a standard that even your high-ranking security officer would have been jealous of, it has a total usable (indoor) net of 160 sqm. It also has another big room of about 20 sqm which the landlord is calling another bedroom (which it could function as because it has a full bathroom access), but we think works best as a large playroom / office / formal dinning room / guest bedroom. This apt is probably a seven minute walk to the subway / tube in Piata Romana and a three minute walk to the parks nearby. Lots of excellent restaurants and shopping within easy ten minute stroll. This is still a very popular neighborhood for expats including a lot of people in the media business as well as diplomats.
