4 rooms house of 250 m² in Mogoșoaia

It felt like an enchanted cottage, probably because of the wealth of rich and lush flowers growing throughout the garden, or perhaps it was the cozy living-room set up around the fireplace, in any event, it`s the most comfortable mid-sized house and just gushing with sweet personality. House has, as my Californian husband would say, positive Karma. Ground floor has a footprint of about 90 sqm and consists of a living-room, dinning area, bathroom, two kitchens (summer kitchen and winter kitchen for what the Romanians call the "heavy cooking) and a small bedroom. Upstairs on the first floor are two more bedrooms, master has a large walk-in closet (used to be a third bedroom) and a full bathroom of course. On the top floor is a mansard (attic) which has been beautifully arranged and has worked for the owners previously as a guest bedroom. Has a bathroom upstairs as well. Lovely garden as discussed already and a two-car garage. House comes furnished. Quiet. About a 20 minute commute to the German School in Baneasa. This is a residential area close to a Lake and full of families, most of them Romanian. Weekends are about gratar (BBQ) and friends visiting.
