3 rooms house of 145 m² in Bucharest

It`s rare that we present an apartment in Pipera, where most people want to rent one of the many available villas and houses, but every once in a while, we come across what we think is something special in this format and we take a chance. Why? Well, it`s a pretty large apartment at 145 usable indoor sqm in a landscape where most of the apartments are tiny, it has three bedrooms when most here are one or two, it`s on the top-floor, technically making it a penthouse and it has two parking spaces in the underground garage in a very new and nicely done block and it has sensible terraces big enough for hosting friends over for dinner where the majority of the outdoor spaces in apartments in this country miserly offer just enough space to have a cigarette and wave at the late dictator (no kidding on that last bit as that was the justification for the tiny balconies that Ceacescu had built near the government buildings). And it comes very nicely and elegantly furnished. I hate these photos by the way, they don`t show the open bright feeling of the space at all. Walking distance to the Cambridge International School as well as Little London School. Might also be a good location for families with children attending the French School in Baneasa. This is a bedroom community so not a lot in terms of shops and restaurants. Baneasa Forest is nearby and that`s fun or good for a job or a bike ride.
