New building, very elegantly done. Living room has good natural light and a nice deep terrace that would allow for dinner around a table with a few friends. Kitchen is open, but hidden around the corner from the living room. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower the other with a tub. One parking space in the garage. Landlord willing to furnish for an incremental 200 euro per month on the rent. Really nice new building. In the vicinity of The Dubliner Pub and Piata Victoriei, not sure which is the better landmark for our expatriated clients. The closest metro is Piata Victoriei and there is also a good tram that can take you all the way across town and down to the train station for a nice weekend in the mountains or Transylvania. Plenty of restaurants, shops, banks and pubs nearby.
