The complex is fenced, as is the individual house. The kitchen wasn`t installed as yet when photos were taken, but should be by the time first visits are scheduled. I`ll add the photos of the kitchen once we visit again. The ground floor includes the kitchen, living room, a bathroom and an office / guest bedroom. Terrace off the back-living room. I`ve seen other agencies who list this house at 300 plus SQM, it isn`t. So, Tunari-Pipera is the neighborhood just north of the American International School across the bridge. It was a proper village before Pipera had a hut and consequently has properly layed out streets and sidewalks as well as lot`s of stores, restaurants, public parks (Pipera doesn`t) and a soccer stadium. The kids can walk to AISB from here, the older ones by themselves, but being a parent, I wouldn`t let the pre 12 year olds go independently. Bicycles would also work.
