5 rooms house of 430m² in Bucharest

Property Descriptions: The landlord / developer responsible for this house is one of our favorites because he just get`s it. The colors are right, the flooring is warm and natural, bathrooms elegant without being ridiculous and over the top, kitchen is big and comfortable to work in and he has an excellent sense of space and use of light. How many developers think about a "mud room" near the entrance where you can exchange muddy shoes for slippers, wet jacket for a jumper and somewhere safe to stash the bikes after a ride in the country? Not many from our experience! The split is very good, with the kitchen, livingroom, office, game room, service toilet and mud room on the ground floor. Three bedrooms upstairs, all en-suite, a family space above, again with a bedroom and a full bathroom and a tall crawl space above this for storage or as a children`s play area. I`m counting the office and the game room as possible extra guest bedrooms to get to six, but four formal bedrooms never-the-less. The house is hooked up to the city water supply which is very good as water contamination issues seem to be cropping up from the wells in Pipera. Only one villa available in complex . Tennis court on site!Very reliable landlord! Available 20 December! In Pipera, not far from our favorite fish restaurant in Pipera. A kindergarten is around the corner and shopping at the Jolli Ville Mall is about a kilometer away. Really nice community of families living here from Poland, the US, Brazil and Romania.
