3 rooms house of 186m² in Bucharest

The house itself sits on two levels, with a third (the attic) only for storage. There is a garage, but almost none of the houses in this massive complex use it for the car, preferring to park in the driveway or on the street and use the garage for a gym, or storage. One the ground floor is the living room, dining area, a closed kitchen, the technical room and a bathroom. There is a fireplace in the living room, so nice touch. Off the living room are French-doors leading to a covered terrace and then the garden. Upstairs are three bedrooms. The master is en-suite with the full bathroom offering both a walk-in proper shower and a bath tub. This is the most American-ish of all of the complexes in Pipera. Wide streets, good parking, houses with lots of light and medium sized gardens, kids riding bikes on the street (not something we ever recommend in Romania) and playing pick-up games of basketball. The children, even the young ones, can very easily and safetly walk to AISB or the Olga Gadenya International School. Complex has tennis courts available to rent. The Baneasa Forest is next door to the complex and good fun to explore. Very visible security presence at the gates and roaming the compound because of all the US and other diplomatic folks living in the compound.
