I love all the natural light, the quality of the exotic wood flooring (looks like teak?), the big open kitchen and living room area. The apartment looks out into green and sun which is a nice combination for a happy morning. Nice balcony, not a terrace (so won`t fit a table) and the bedrooms are in the back of the building so a silent sleep. Two bathrooms in the apartment, but only one has a full bath and shower combination. Tastefully and neutrally furnished. One parking space in the garage. Nicely renovated building as well. On a quiet street in Primaverii which is a leafy district walking distance easily to parks Floreasca, Herastrau and Bordei. Close to the restaurants and coffee shops in Primaveri and a sports club with indoor pool is up the road. Close to the metro station in Charles de Gaul square.
