One bedroom on the ground floor along with the big kitchen, large living room, full bathroom and mud room (laundry and closets that was converted from the garage). Parking in front of the house. House comes unfurnished other than the Bucharest-Homes mandated minimum which includes closets, full kitchen and bathrooms, mosquito nets, lights and AC in each bedroom and the living room. Upstairs are three more bedrooms with the master having its own very nice en-suite and dep walk in closet and the two children`s bedrooms sharing a bathroom. On the top floor is a large open space and terrace that might work for a children`s playroom or fifth bedroom. The only thing I don`t like much is the parking isn`t great. It`s sufficient for two cars, but any more is an issue. A good house, really perfect option for a family with children attending the American International School because of the proximity (easy walk) and the fact that the compound is full of families with other children attending the campus. The vibe here is expat central and the big lawn in the middle of the community as well as the two pools make this a fun place to call home while on assignment. The stay-home partner will make friends. The compound has high walls and security.
