What a special space. I wish more landlords would go the extra mile and deliver as this landlord has. The extras include; a good DEEP terrace which is the right dimension for diners outside with friends, a proper wood-burning fireplace in the living room, en-suite bathroom facilities for all three bedrooms, huge amounts of closet space in all (master bedroom sports a walk-through closet fit for Imelda Marcos!), two parking spaces in the garage and a nice storage space for the wine. Only possible negative I saw was that the kitchen was a tad out of step with the rest of the apartment - but big and functional and smartly laid out. Landlords in the small block have agreed to 24 / 7 security presence in the building and they can also help with taking parcels, etc. Quiet street in the top neighborhood in the city. Lots of trees and restaurants and shops are a nice walk to the main piata.
