Very nice pied-a-terre base for a bachelor who wants to be in the city but not in the noise. Apartment is bright and well furnished. I wish it had a walk-in shower, but life isn`t always perfect. Otherwise, this is really great. New building and comes with a parking space reserved. Couch also converts into a bed. And you have a nice balcony (actually two). Sorry, no pets are allowed. You have Pescariu Sports Club and Spa next door, which is really the nicest gym in the city with three pools (one indoor and its big), squiash courts, tennis courts, classes, a full gym and a sauna. You also have restaurants nearby as well as a tram line and bus service from 200 meters away. A lidl super-market is 200 meters away as well. Parks nearby and you can walk to the office buildings in Pipera or North Floreasca.
